Fusion, a volunteer Group of the Chamber, presents a free demonstration of “Culturally Responsive Conversations for the Workplace.” This is a series of facilitated discussions among employee peer groups using discussion prompts and exercises. A pilot offering at Humana in DePere found that participants gained a higher sensitivity to their own reactions and judgments based on stereotypes, and committed to managing and avoiding those reactions as a starting point to better understanding differences.
“Culturally Responsive Conversations for the Workplace” will be held in two sessions at the Chamber office (300 N. Broadway, 3rd Floor): April 10 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and April 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Reservations are required. Please respond to the email address below before Tuesday at 4:30.
