Green Bay’s NeighborWorks HUD Housing Agency has changed their Spanish class schedule. This class prepares homebuyers for the investment and journey of purchasing a home.  Every month students are learning if their ready to be homeowners, how to manage money, understanding their credit, how to obtain a mortgage, how to shop for their home, how to protect investments, and more about down payments and closing costs assistance.

NeighborWorks Green Bay offers the opportunity to understand the process in a language understood by the Spanish-speaking community.  Buyers will be at ease with the knowledge they gain and will be able to make educated decisions.  A class in English is also offered.
